Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at labellavitabeautyllc@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products purchased through our store.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Proof of the issue, including photos, may be required before an exchange is approved.
Refunds & Replacements
If a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is reported and approved after inspection, a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
You will be notified once your claim has been reviewed and a decision has been made regarding your replacement.
