Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist with locating your package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
